Orders and Cancellations

Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation number, and a confirmation email to the email address you supplied.

We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Card

We are unable to process your order if we do not receive authorization from your credit card company. Please contact your bank or credit card company if your payment method was declined.

Once we receive your order, we get to work on it right away, therefore it may not be possible to cancel an order that is in process. To request a cancellation please contact Customer Service at 949.395.6322 and we will attempt to stop or modify the order. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. In most cases custom, special order and non-returnable items cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests may take several days to process, and you will be sent an email upon confirmation. A refund will be issued following the standard return process if we arable to cancel the order.


All online prices are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.


We can only accept and ship orders within the contiguous 48 states. 

Freight Shipments

Shortly after a freight shipment is dispatched, our freight partner will contact you to arrange a delivery window. Upon arrival, please thoroughly inspect the entire shipment and make a note on the delivery slip of any visible damage to the exterior packaging. Unfortunately, we will be unable to honor any damage claims if damage to the package is not notated on the delivery slip. All freight claims must be filed with Shop Living Gardens within 48 hours.

You will receive this item by truck delivery. The trucking company will call and schedule a time when someone will be present to accept the delivery. Please provide best delivery contact name and phone number when checking out as the delivery company will need a valid contact number to reach you. Someone must be present at the time of delivery.

Threshold delivery on ALL orders over $149.00 is FREE. Our local delivery partner will place your items at your doorstep. Packing materials will not be removed.

You may upgrade to White-Glove delivery. White Glove Delivery includes item being placed inside your home or garden and packaging will be removed. Please contact us for details and a quote.


While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes you may need to return it. Shop Living Gardens / Living Gardens Landscape Design may accept returns on certain products—in new, uninstalled condition and original packaging with PRIOR return approval. Because we drop-ship so many of our products directly from the manufacturer, there are some limitations to what we can accept as returns.

To begin a return request, please email info@livinggardenslandscapedesign.com with complete order information. Once you receive approval of your return, all shipments must be sent within 7 days otherwise the return may be denied.

Please note that any shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.

RETURNS EXCEPTIONS: We are unable to accept returns for:

·         Products that are clearly marked non-returnable on the Product Detail Page

·         Products that have been assembled or installed

·         Products without original packaging or not in their original condition

·         Custom orders, including those that are made-to-order or customized to your specifications

·         Open-box or clearance items

Your refund credit will be issued after the item has been received and inspected. The cost of the return shipping and insurance will be deducted from the credit amount. In other words, you are responsible for the return shipping cost of any item you return.

Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the price of the items being returned.


All product is thoroughly inspected by the manufacturer prior to being released to ensure that it is in new and unmarred condition.

Shipments that are damaged should be refused. Upon delivery, if damage is found to the product, photos should be taken that clearly show said damage. The packing materials in which the product was delivered should be retained. Many times, establishing the condition of the packing materials at the time of delivery is necessary to process a claim. If it is not possible to keep the packing materials, photos of them should be taken as well.

All freight claims must be filed within 48 hours. Shop Living Gardens / Living Gardens Landscape Design will not accept returns without prior written authorization.

Failure to make a claim within the 48 hour period constitutes acceptance of the product and waives all future claims for any such defect, shortages or errors.

If any product quality issues are observed at time of delivery, contact Shop Living Gardens / Living Gardens Landscape Design immediately.

Shop Living Gardens / Living Gardens Landscape Design is not obligated to insure product while in transit against any/all losses.

Defective Products

Please keep in mind that defective goods (those with factory defects, missing parts or other problems originating prior to shipment) are handled differently than damaged goods (which are damaged in shipping). We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that quality production and inspection procedures are in place, but sometimes defects do occur. We work with you to resolve these issues, but you must report any product defect within 48 hours of receiving your order.


If an item is on backorder, you will receive email update on the status.


E Gift cards may be purchased online, and will be emailed to the recipient. Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another gift card.
